Customer Service and Misc. Information
Being in the entertainment and service industry, one of the Casper Events Center's primary goals is to make each event as enjoyable for the customer as possible. In addition to the services and facilities that we provide, here is some information which will help you make the most of your visit. Finally, remember, Everyone is here to have fun and enjoy the event!
Special Services
Special Services Provided At The Casper Events Center:
• Wheelchairs (to get to and from seats), elevators and special seating for people with mobility concerns.
• Assistive Listening Devices and TTY phones for people with hearing and speaking limitations.
• For most large scale events, we have a First Aid room located behind the Box Office.
• Pay phones are available on the concourse near both entrances.
• Lost and found articles and lost and found children can be reported or turned into the Box Office or one of the Events Center staff.
Buy Your Tickets Early
Not only do you get the best choice of seats, but for some events you save money over the day-of-show ticket price. It also helps us avoid cancellations because the more tickets that are sold in advance, the less likely a promoter is to cancel.
Give Yourself Plenty Of Time To Get To and From The Event
It takes a long time to get over 3,000 vehicles in and out of the parking lots and nearly 10,000 people into their seats. We attempt to start every event at the scheduled time, so give yourself plenty of time to get here, get in the building and to find your seat. When the lights go out, it is much more difficult to find your seat and late arrivals distract from other customers' enjoyment.
Leave Inappropriate "Stuff" At Home
• Customer's safety is one of the Event Center staff's primary concern so we will ask you to surrender any knives, guns, bottles, or thermonuclear and laser devices at the door.
• Call the Box Office before the event to find out if cameras or video tape recorders will be permitted. Modern technology of digital and cellular communications is nice, however, it can also be distracting for you as well as those persons around you.
• Please respect your neighbor's right to enjoy themselves by turning off your communications device prior to being seated in the arena.
• Please leave your pets at home as well. The only animals allowed in the building are seeing eye dogs or animals that are a part of an event or exhibit.
• No outside food or beverage is allowed inside the building.
Banquets, Receptions And Meetings
The Food and Beverage Office is located on the Second Floor with the Administration Office and can be reached at 307-235-8441.
An increasing amount of functions utilize the Banquet Entrance to the Events Center. To get to the Banquet Entrance, use East Road and park in Lots 9 or 11. People who have difficulty with stairs can use Three Trails Road and park in the service lot at the back of the Events Center.

In Case Of A Problem at an Event
The Events Center staff is trained in crowd control and emergency situations. If you witness a problem, let the event staff know and protect yourself by getting out of the way and let them handle the problem. If you have problems with another customer, let the staff know.
Don't Let People Who Have Been Drinking Drive
It would be terrible to end a fun-filled evening with an alcohol related accident. Designate a driver in advance or call a taxi after the event. Events Center Food and Beverage staff goes through an alcohol awareness training program, but not everyone shows evidence of a problem.
